 This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into  between Unity Pressure (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the  users (referred to as "you" or "your") of our pressure washing services  (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be  bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.                 Scope of Services
 

Description of Services:  We  provide pressure washing services for residential and commercial  properties. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, power  washing, surface cleaning, stain removal, and other related services as  agreed upon between us and the customer.
 

1.2 Service Limitations:   While we strive to deliver high-quality services, there may be  limitations and factors beyond our control that can affect the results,  including but not limited to weather conditions, surface conditions, and  pre-existing damage. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in  performing our Services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.                 Pricing and Payment Terms
 

2.1 Pricing:  pricing for our  Services will be provided to you upon request. Prices may vary based on  the size and complexity of the project, as well as any additional  services requested.
 

2.2 Terms:  Payment for our  Services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in  writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or other agreed-upon methods.  In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue legal  remedies to recover any outstanding amounts.                 Liability Limitations
 

3.1 Property Damage:  While  we take precautions to protect your property during the provision of our  Services, we shall not be liable for any damages to your property,  including, but not limited to, damage to surfaces, plants, fixtures, or  any other belongings.
 

3.2 Limitation of Liability:   In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental,  consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in  connection with the use of our Services, even if we have been advised of  the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the  amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

4. Dispute Resolution                 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this  Agreement or the provision of our Services shall be resolved through  arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration  Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding  upon both parties.

5. Intellectual Property                 Any intellectual property rights associated with our  Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content,  shall remain the exclusive property of Unity Pressure. You agree not to  use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to us  without our prior written consent.
 

6. Termination                 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written  notice to the other party. Upon termination, you shall pay for any  outstanding fees or charges for services rendered up to the termination  date.
 

7. Governing Law                 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in  accordance with the laws of Indiana. Any legal actions or proceedings  arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the  courts of Indiana.

8. Entire Agreement                 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and  agreement between Unity Pressure and you with respect to the subject  matter hereof, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or  understandings, whether oral or written.                 By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have  read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set  forth in
